Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We can not be responsible for delays due to customs.
Please note: No returns or exchanges. If the item is lost in transit, this is not my responsibility. If you contact me, I can open an investigation to seek to claim back funds.

SHIPPING INFO
All items are shipped untracked via New Zealand post. Currently, a very reliable postal system. Tracked is available for certain countries.
Once shipped, delivery varies between 6 - 10 business working days.
